After processing, delivery times within the United States depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Soothe Lab Co's delivery obligation is considered fulfilled.
If you can't find your package after carrier confirmation:

- Double-check the delivery address on your order.
- Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Soothe Lab Co is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but our support team is happy to help you open an investigation with the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soothelabco.com with clear photos and a short description.
Our team will investigate and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement or a refund.
7. Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Soothe Lab Co is not liable for delays caused by external logistics providers or unforeseen events.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we'll help right away.
